Pierce Project have just completed a full one bedroom flat refurbishment for me. This included among other things refitting and tiling the bathroom/toilet, fitting a new kitchen into an new open plan design with the lounge and laying engineered wood flooring, installing new central heating system, renovating the bedroom, revamping the storage in the hallway and updating the electrics throughout.

Pierce communicated clearly at all times and understood the paperwork processes that were required in order to remove a non-load bearing internal wall in accordance with a licence to alter. He provided a written method statement as required by the managing agents for the building.

I have been very impressed with the quality of the work and very pleased with the result. The photographs bear witness to the high standard of workmanship. The flat has been transformed. I would recommend Pierce and his team to anyone thinking of undertaking a similar project.

I recently purchased an older 3-bedroom house that required a complete refurbishment, and choosing Pierce Project Ltd was one of the best decisions I made.
From the very beginning, I was impressed by their knowledge and experience. During the renovation, they identified several potential issues that I would never have noticed myself, especially regarding the roof. Their expert advice helped me avoid costly mistakes and future problems.
The attention to detail throughout the project was outstanding. Every aspect of the refurbishment was carefully planned and completed to a high standard. Communication was excellent, the team was professional, and the whole process was far less stressful than I expected. The house has been completely transformed, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Pierce Project Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable building company.

We had a great experience with Pierce when he tried to repair our failing old boiler and then fitted a new one. He was punctual, hardworking, pleasant to work with and good with the aftercare. He also adjusted our shower and brought a problem with our gas cooker to our attention. Highly recommended.

5/5 — Highly recommended
I’ve been using Pierce for over a decade now, both as a tenant and as a landlord, in multiple properties in London. He’s one of the most reliable tradespeople I’ve ever worked with.
What sets Pierce apart is the breadth of what he can handle — bathroom leaks, boiler work, fixing stairs, and countless smaller jobs in between. Whatever the issue, he gets it sorted properly the first time.
His pricing is fair and his communication is fantastic. He’s responsive, keeps you updated, and shows up when he says he will. If you’re looking for a dependable plumber (and more) in London, look no further.

Pierce recently completed a full renovation of my kitchen and bathroom, as well as the installation of a new gas boiler. Throughout the process, he was professional, direct, and incredibly helpful. The initial quote was accurate, and there were no hidden or additional costs at the end. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Highly recommended.
